Several months ago I was really struggling to learn how to gain weight. Like you I’ve always been skinny and a few months back I decided I was going to do something about it. Like most people I hit the gym and started eating loads of food in an attempt to build myself up. I thought it would be easy to gain weight fast and pack on some serious muscle.

I put lots of things into action but none of them got me any closer to my goals. In my frustration I even joined a couple of forums but just like the magazines they were way to general.

Just when I was close to throwing in the towel an old buddy of mine got back in touch. He works overseas and the time difference makes it hard to keep in touch. The answer is pretty simple really. You must have good solid advice and a system of diets and routines that are specifically designed for skinny guys. Other than that you just need to put it into action.
